RCQHC provides a range of education and training opportunities for senior and mid-level managers in the various technical areas namely Maternal, Neonatal and Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS, Infectious Diseases (TB and Malaria) as well as  Child Health and Nutrition.  The trainings incorporate QoC issues and interventions such as; performance improvement, guidelines and standars, innovative training, logistics support, facilitative supervision, quality assurance and operational research. The Centre also offers a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Quality of Health Care and short courses.  Short courses are offered for one to two weeks and can be offered anywhere in the ECSA region.  The courses can be arranged on request for any group of 10 or more participants either regionally or in-country.
